ABSTRACT
Hedge trimmers are electric power tools, there are both alternating (AC) and direct current (DC) powered products available on the market. The DC motor variants have two subtypes, conventional DC motors, where the commutation happens using brushes, and brushless DC (BLDC) motors, where the commutation happens using electric commutation instead of commutation with brushes. This paper aims to introduce the grounds of the dynamic model of a BLDC motor.
